Jaime Ray Petree, 40, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on March 26, 2017, in Beaumont.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 31, 2017, at Claybar Kelley Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont. Officiating will be Minister Tony Fitzgerald, of South Park Church of Christ.
Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on November 29, 1976, Jaime was a bicentennial baby. He was the son of Masel Ray Petree, Jr. and Debra Lynn Petree, a 1995 graduate of Westbrook High School, and went on to get his associates in business management from Lamar Institute of Technology. Jaime was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. He worked as a delivery driver for Pepperidge Farm and was an avid sports fan with his favorite teams including the Houston Texans, Houston Astros, and University of Texas. Jaime loved spending time with his family and will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Masel Ray Petree, Sr., Levy and Geneva Bernice Hartman; uncle, Barry Lynn Petree; and brothers, Christian Ray and Christian Lynn Petree.
He is survived by his parents Masel Ray and Debra Lynn Petree; brother, Derek Len Petree; grandmother, Frances Merle Petree; uncle, Duane Butch Hartman; aunt, Debbie Hartman; nephews, Chase and Zachary Petree; and cousins, Hunter Hartman, Shanae Hartman Dix, and Hunter Petree.
