James Harold Bull, Jr.

James Harold Bull, Jr., 77, of Orange, Texas, passed away on October 11, 2024, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont.

 Memorial services will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024, at North Orange Baptist Church in Orange, Texas. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be Pastor Rusty Dollar of North Orange Baptist Church.

 Born in Orange, Texas, on July 1, 1947, he was the son of James Harold Bull, Sr. and Jimmy Jacqueline Bull. Harold was a proud graduate of Little Cypress High School (1965) and Lamar University, as well as veteran of the Texas National Guard. He was a loving husband and father and loyal friend to those who knew him best. Harold loved fishing, golfing and spending time with family and friends. However, his greatest joy came just being "Papa" to his grandchildren. He loved attending their games and events and was always there with an encouraging word and unending support. He was a quiet, yet passionate, man who loved deeply. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

 He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Jimmy Bull; brother, Stephen Bull; nephew, Stephen “Bubba” Bull, Jr.

 He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Ramona (Vincent) Bull; daughters, Misti (Bull) Brezina and husband Mike, and Kristi (Bull) Johanson and husband Justin; grandchildren, Emily (Brezina) Sweeney and husband Brandon, Andrew Brezina, Blake Demler, Brandon Demler, and Luke Johanson; sister-in law, Debbie Bull; nephew, Jason Bull; niece, Jaclynn (Bull) Wallace and husband Kevin; as well as many other loving family members and friends.

I knew Harold in the National Guard. He was a good man, and I always enjoyed being around him. I worked closely with his dad (Jim) and brother (Steve) at DuPont. Harold would always lend a hand and did it with a smile. I'll miss him. Prayers for the family
