Loved fishing with him. He spent the night at the camp with Albert C. once. Had a great time. He was also my golfing partner the day I shot my personal best. He wouldn' t hesitate to pray for one's needs. Loved him and will miss him. My prayers are with the family......RB

I am so sorry to hear of Boo's passing. My sister was married to his uncle and I watched that kid grow up. May he rest in peace and may the angels meet him at the gates of heaven.

Enjoyed our coffee and talks when I was a caregiver of Boos He was a man of God. I only knew him for a few months but during that time he was a real blessing to me. Prayers to Lynn and his daughters and other family members.

I shall always remember the calls I received from "Boo" asking if I had time for coffee, so he could come by and we would visit together and drink coffee for hours at a time. I particulary remember the time after he was unable to drive, Lynn brought him over for coffee and a visit, which was the last time we visited at my house. Thank you Lynn for doing this. At the end of each visit we always complimented each other on our ability to "solve" the problems of the world. Boo, we will meet again some day. Maxie

Boo was a constant inspiration for several of us young deacons at FBC. Anywhere he was if he sensed there was a need he would pray with someone whether he knew them or not. I remember being in the barber shop once, (Ray's), and we were waiting our turn and the fellow in the chair started to share some hard situations that he was in and Boo didn't know him, but he got up, went over to this man and asked if he could pray for him. Right there in the barber chair, Ray paused the haircut while Boo put his hands on the guy's shoulders and prayed a beautiful prayer for God's will in this man's life, and for mercy and peace for him..... Boo lived this legacy with his beautiful family, and with everyone he met. Surely Boo will hear the words, "Well done thy good and faithful servant." Boo's legacy lives on in the family in whom he instilled Christ like values in. Love y'all, Stu
