To the family and friends of Janis Vercher, please accept my belated condolence. God promises to wipe away the tears of sorrow that such losses cause. (Revelation 21:4) At Psalms 147:3, God says he will heal those with a broken heart. He will do this by resurrecting and reuniting us with our loved ones who have died. (John 5:28,29) Click the following link, www.jw.org and select Publications. Scroll and click the yellow "Bible Teach" book and read the chapter "Real Hope for Your Loved Ones Who Have Died." There is nothing anyone can say to take the pain away, but I hope the thought of knowing you can hug Janis again in a righteous new world, eases your pain and brings you comfort in the days ahead.

I do remember Jan as a wonderful person...exceptionally happy always quick with a smile, someone who would do anything for a friend, she always seemed more worried about the problems of the ones she loved than her own. And my kinda smartass!!! lol...she was always sassy, sarcastic and sometimes downright rude with she needed to be...she didn't take anything off of anyone! RIP Jan you will be missed! Janice Hickey

This is harder then I thought, I thought i could be strong enough to deal with you no longer being here. Because I know you would want that, we've had many conversations about when this day came, but it's still hard mom. Grandma was my best friend,I confided in her with my joys, happy times, bad times, and never once did she judge me,she was always there to lift me up through those dark suicidal days, then you came along mom and took her place, always giving me strength to keep pushing forward, even helping me grieve some what of grandma,by talking about her, all the good times, now that your gone to,who will take your place mom? God please give me strength to go threw this, it's hard Jesus! I'm blessed with another Angel, what better angels to have then my grandmother and mother. I miss you, and I love you!

To aunt Jan I'll never forget the beautiful person you was with your beautiful long nails that I was always jealous of and would ask if they were real, the few times you got to spend with my daughter that would cut your hair/ operate on you (mind you she was only two) I would tell her to leave you alone and you would tell me to leave her be.....your sense of humor will always be with me...love you aunt jan...R.I.P. another beautiful angel

There is to many memories. But her humor was out this world, she never bit her tongue or sugar coat anything. If you didn't like what she said, did, etc etc she would tell you where to go. I have to say that over the last 15+years she's changed, and for the better. She strived to be closer to the Lord. Im going to miss you mom, our long conversations, laughs,Even our disagreements. I love you
