Jeanette "A.D." Boothe Gallien, 95, of Orange, died Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at her home.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 17, 2010, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Pastor Kevin Inman of Grace Point Fellowship. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens near Bridge City.
Visitation will be from 4:30-8:30 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
Born in Tyler Co., Texas on July 30, 1915, Jeanette was the daughter of William Abraham and Ida Jeanette Davis Boothe. She worked as a seamstress with Bealls Department Store, and she was a member of McDonald Memorial Baptist Church in Orange.
She was preceded in death by her five sisters and three brothers.
Jeanette is survived by her daughter, JoLynn Sholmire of Orange; son, Ronald E. Gallien and his wife Patricia of Killeen; six grandchildren, Monica Poole and her husband Frank, Carmen Belanger and her husband, Kevin, Danette Priest and her husband John, Amanda Crawford and her husband Kevin, Ronelle "Ro" Irvine, Robert Sholmire; and nine great-grandchildren.
Serving as Pallbearers will be Corbin McLellan, John Priest, Robert Brentley Sholmire, Frank Poole, Kevin Belanger, and Kevin Crawford. Honorary Pallbearer will be Connor Belanger.
