Jessie Hazel Lambright, 95, of Lumberton passed away Friday, October 24, 2008 in Beaumont.
A graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 27, 2008 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
A gathering of family and friends will be Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home.
Mrs. Lambright was born April 10, 1913 in Warren to George Edward and Mae Oma Waldrop Lee. She was a homemaker and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 71 in Beaumont. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping and loved driving her jeep back and forth to Woodville to take care of her cows.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Obdiah Lambright; son, Lee Wayne Anderson; brother, Lloyd Lee and sisters, Ruby Perdue and Stella Mae Robinson.
Those left to cherish her memory are her son and daughter-in-law, Lloyd and Elaine Lambright of Lumberton; two grandsons, John Lambright of Beaumont and Drew Lambright of New Braunfels and sister-in-law, Edith Lee of Beaumont.
The family would like to thank Faye Duriso of Beaumont for her loving care and dedication to Mrs. Lambright for so many years.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Drew Lambright, John Lambright, Grady Glawson and Kevin Knipple.
