Jimmie L. Gregory

Funeral services for Jimmie L. Gregory, 90 of Beaumont will be held Saturday, September 6, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. in the Claybar Kelley-Watkins Chapel with Lee Wagliardo officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5, 2008 from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be held in Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred, TX at 3:30 p.m.
Mrs. Gregory was born January 14, 1918 in Fred, Texas to Ulysses Spurlock and Altie McGrew Spurlock and passed away September 3, 2008 in Beaumont.
She is survived by her daughters, Dorothy Rodgers of Beaumont, Joan Osborne of Houston and Alta House of Houston; grandchildren, Sherry and Bobby Hommell, Lee and Brenda Rodgers, Greg and Kathy Rodgers, Steve Osborne, Dan and Jenny Osborne, Mike Osborne, Dennis and Olivia Smith, Missy and Vinny Garcia, Mark and Ann Gregory; Eleven great-grandchildren and two great-great-granddaughters; sister, Faye Buckner and husband, Mallie of Fred, TX; and daughter-in-law, Glenda Gregory.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arnold W. Gregory; son, Jimmy A. Gregory and son-in-law, Myrle Rodgers, Sr. Serving as Pallbearers will be her grandsons, Lee Rodgers, Greg Rodgers, Dennis Smith, Steve Osborne, Dan Osborne and Bobby Hommel.
