John Bailey Dunn

John Bailey Dunn went home to be with his Heavenly Father, Thursday, January 28, 2010 in Beaumont.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 1, 2010 at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Chapel. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
A gathering of family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Dunn was born September 24, 1952 in Beaumont to Kenneth Carl Dunn Sr. and Georgia Ethel Baer Dunn. He loved music, whether it was listening to it, writing songs, singing or playing his guitar. He also enjoyed the beach, sitting outside during thunderstorms and watching old black and white westerns. One of the hobbies he enjoyed most was bowling where he met the love of his life, Bobbie.
Those left to cherish his memory is his wife, Bobbie Ann Dunn; son, John David Dunn; step-daughter, Jamie Hodge and husband, Michael; step-sons, Jeffery Leone and Jason Leone; granddaughters, Trinity Ashton Dunn and Adalyn Capri Hodge and grandson, Gavin Joseph Dunn. He is also survived by his brother, Kenneth Carl "K.C." Dunn, Jr.; sisters, Patricia "Patty" A. Brown and Laurie G. Lively; godparents, Uncle Donald Dunn and Aunt Polly Dunn; nieces, Ashley M. Brown, Maggie S. Dunn, Maura N. Dunn, Melissa K. Averill, Mandy G. Sullenger, Heather R. Lively, Amber G. Rothkamm and Josette A. Dunn; nephews, Andrew M. Rothkamm, Randall G. Brown and Tarl C. "Chris" Dunn and numerous cousins.
He will be missed dearly by all the people whose lives John touched everyday and always with a smile.
