John "J.J." Allen Bell, Jr., 24, of Sourlake, Texas, passed away on January 8, 2025, in Beaumont, Texas.
Funeral services will be 3:00pm, Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont, Texas.
Visitation will be from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, Monday, January 13, 2025, at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home.
Born in Beaumont, Texas, on September 20, 2000, he was the son of John Allen Bell, Sr. and Heather Hendrix Bell. From a young age, J.J. exhibited a vibrant personality, known to many as a jokester. His remarkable ability to make people laugh was a gift that he shared generously with friends and family, creating moments of joy in everyday life. This innate humor intertwined beautifully with his adventurous spirit, which led him to embrace the outdoors through fishing and hunting, activities that he pursued with determination and enthusiasm.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Susan Kathleen “Kathy” Bell.
He is survived by his parents, John Allen Bell, Sr. and Heather Hendrix Bell; his grandparents, Gary and Brinda Hendrix, John M. Bell, and Coco Burkhart; his daughter, Ila Mae Bell; and his siblings, Harley Nicole Bell and Brooke Kelley Bell; along with numerous other loving family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be John Bell, Sr., Justin Vaughn, Chris “Pizza” Shay, Nelson Anderle, Bailey Berry, Kort Griffin, Joe Leger, Trey McKinley, Anthony Wright, Darren Davis, Romeo Weeks, and Jesus “Chuy” Gabriel. Honorary pallbearers are Ryan Kettery and Kelton Hebert.
