Pawpaw sage would bring me everyday after school when I was in 1st grade to dairy queen to get a ice cream cone dipped in chocolate. he would also have the hotdog weenies for us grandkids to eat when we came over and always had his soda stocked for us. I'm going to miss him so much. Thanksgiving and chrismas is not gonna be the same without him. I wish I would of took more time to go see him. But I am thankful that he was able to see his great grandson and also that I was able to see him his last day alive. I know his with mawmaw looking down on us. I love you pawpaw and will miss you dearly.

I love my big brother very much. I was and still am very proud of him being a Marine and serving our country. I appreciate the years I stayed with him and his family during my teenage years in North Carolina. Through him, I became a Carolina Clogger, one of my fondest memories. My brother was a loving, kind, courageous, and strong man. He fought many battles here on Earth and never stopped until God called him HOME to rest. I am so proud and honored God chose him to be my brother. Till we meet again, may God Bless You!
