Born in Mexico, on February 6, 1987, he was the son of Mariano Bercian and Elizabeth (Cruz) Bercian. Fernando was known for his big heart and unforgettable smile. He had the kindest soul and best sense of humor. Wherever Fernando went, love and laughter was not far behind. His wife Kayla was the love of his life and soulmate in the truest form. They met when they were just kids, at 17 and were high school sweethearts, it’s easy to say they have been inseparable ever since they first met. Fernando was young at heart and always down to crack a joke and have a good time. He was a big family man; he would do anything to make them happy. Fernando loved music, motorcycles, and video games, but most importantly spending time surrounded by everyone he loved. He was a member of the Orange Gun Club for several years, and often liked spending time at the range. Fernando left an impact on everyone he crossed paths with, and his memory will live on in the hearts of all those who loved him.
He is survived by his loving wife Kayla Bercian; parents, Mariano and Elizabeth Bercian of Orange; brother, Ricardo Bercian and wife Lety of Orange; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Regina Murillo and Carlton Murillo of Orange; sisters-in-law, Jenny Landry of Port Neches and Brittany and Eliseo Villanueva of Killeen; brother-in-law, Michael Murillo of Orange; along with four nephews and four nieces; and numerous loving extended family and friends.
