Joyce Eileen Kleinknecht, 94 of Orange, passed away on June 18, 2022 in Orange.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 24, 2022 at Claybar Funeral Home Orange. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.

Visitation will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, June 24, 2022 at Claybar Funeral Home Orange.

Born in Wadesville, Indiana, on April 8, 1928, she was the daughter of Harry and Velma Morrow. She was a longtime member of First United Methodist Church in Orange and was involved in missions at church. Joyce worked as a RN for many years, after retiring she went into real estate. She was involved with the Red Cross for many years and also transported cancer patients to Houston for treatment. She loved to travel the world and brought great light to those who knew and loved her. She got great joy from her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by her family (who knew her as “Keink”) and friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Karl Kleinknecht; son, Keith Kleinknecht, newborn daughter, Karen Kleinknecht, and newborn great-grandchild, Kaleb Weeks.

She is survived by her sons, Kent Kleinknecht of Los Angeles, and David and wife Nancee Kleinknecht of Bridge City; two grandchildren, Michele Weeks and Melissa and husband Keith DuBois; eleven great-grandchildren, Kaden Weeks, Kolten Weeks, Abigail Weeks, Isabella Weeks, Kason Monceaux, Gracie Hebert, Kaitlyn Hebert, Tanner Hebert, Kayson DuBois, Kenadie DuBois, and Kenson DuBois; brother, Jim Morrow and wife Jackie; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and other loving family.

Serving as pallbearers will be Kaden Weeks, Kolten Weeks, Tanner Hebert and Keith Dubois.
