Joyce Faye Perkins, 66, passed away on December 2, 2020 in Orange.
Cremation will be under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home.
Born in Houston, Texas, on August 29, 1954, she was the daughter of Kenneth Wagner and Bertha Bailey. Joyce was a wonderful sister and friend who will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth Wagner and Bertha Bailey.
She is survived by her sisters, Doris Riecke, Juanita Deason, and Penny Landry.
A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
