Juanita Castillo, 43. of Port Arthur passed away on Saturday, June 19, 2021 at St. Joseph Hospital in Houston.
She was born on December 15, 1977 in Piedras Negras, Mexico and has been a resident of the area for most of her life. She was a devoted homemaker in raising her family along with her husband, Alberto.
Juanita was preceded in death by her father, Rueben Hernandez.
She is survived by her husband, Alberto Castillo of Port Arthur; her daughter, Selena Castillo of Port Arthur; her three sons, Isaac Castillo, Alberto Castillo, Jr. and Enrique Castillo all of Port Arthur; her mother, Maria Martinez of Port Arthur; her two brothers, Juan Valdez of Kansas City, Kansas and Rueben Hernandez of Juarez, Mexico.
Visitation will be on Friday, July 2, 2021 from 5:00 PM till 8:00 PM at Clayton Thompson Funeral Home in Groves, Service to honor Juanita's life will be at 12 Noon on Saturday, July 3, 2021 in the Thompson Memorial Chapel at Clayton Thompson. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
