Judy Bembry, 53, of Bridge City, passed away on May 19, 2021, in Bridge City.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at Claybar Funeral in Bridge City. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.
Born in Groves, Texas, on November 3, 1967. Judy was a dog groomer and enjoyed spending time with dogs and getting to pamper them. Judy was the owner of Wild Southern Sass, and online apparel sales business. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, nana and dog mom. She loved the outdoors and being a housewife. Judy had a larger than life personality that attracted all those around. She will be deeply missed by all who came to know and love her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Macey LeBlanc and Noah LeBlanc; and father-in-law, Clary Chesson.
She is survived by her loving husband Bem Bembry of Bridge City; parents, Linda and Allan Ward of Bridge City; mother-in-law, Ruth Chesson of Bridge City; father-in-law, Roy Bembry of Bridge City; sister, Sandra Stanley and husband Greg of Bridge City; nephews, Dalton Gentry and wife Tori of Silsbee, Joshua Prosperie of Bridge City; niece, Kortni Willey and husband Daniel of Bridge City; and great-nieces, Kennedy Willey and Summer Willey.
Serving as pallbearers will be Greg Stanley, Billy Brimer, Sr., Daniel Willey, Dalton Gentry, Joshua Prosperie, and Steve Martin.
