Justin Kade Richoux, 24, of Orange, Texas, passed away on February 27, 2019, in Houston, Texas.
Funeral services will be 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be family friend, Chris Barnes. Cremation will be held under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Nederland, Texas, on September 15, 1994, he was the son of Shelly Lynn (Gossett) Weaver and Tracey Richoux. Justin was a graduate of Orangefield High School and took great pride in being a Bobcat. He was an incredibly loving and caring person, with a heart of gold and compassion for all. In his younger years he enjoyed hunting and was an avid country music fan, loving to sing even though he couldn’t really carry a tune. He took joy in spending time with his nieces and nephews and being surrounded by his family. Justin was loved by all those who knew him and will be dearly missed by everyone he came into contact with.
He is survived by his mother, Shelly Gossett Weaver and step-father, Bo Folk; father, Tracey Richoux and step-mother, Stacy; grandparents, Cecil Gossett and Ginger & David Peet; siblings, Brittany Duhon, Jordan Doiron & fiancé Ryan Welch, Alex Bridwell, and Brailyn Laughlin; aunts and uncles, Kim & Chris Bordelon, Jennifer & Jason Thigpen, and Becky & Troy Richoux; nieces and nephews, Kayden & Dakota Leach, and Rylee & Rucie Welch; and cousins, Kori & Dakota Piacenti, and Hunter & McKinley Thigpen; along with numerous great aunts, uncles and cousins.
