Born on June 30, 1979, in Orange, Texas, he was the son of Danny Eugene Swarers and Vita Sue (Adams) Swarers. He was known for his immense kindness and unwavering support for the underdog, always standing up for the little guys with a heart that embraced all. Kevo was a creative soul whose passion for art was shown through his paintings, woodwork, and metal work. He was always tinkering in the backyard creating anything imaginable. If he was not in the backyard, he could be found at one of his most loved fishing spots. Many cherished memories were made playing outside with his beloved grandchildren, who lovingly called him "Pop Pop." They were not just his grandchildren but his closest companions, bringing immense joy and laughter into his life. Kevo was a member of the First Nazarene Church in Orange and was formerly involved with The River Society, where he shared his spirit and commitment to community. His indomitable spirit will be lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege to know him. Kevin "Kevo" Swarers will be deeply missed and fondly remembered, not just for his artistic talents or his love for family, but for the light he brought into this world through his compassion and unwavering support of others.
He is preceded in death by his father, Danny Swarers; and granny, Alice.
He is survived by his mother, Vita Swarers (Michael Walker); daughters, Alice Swarers and Taylor with son-in-law Jordan Isaacs; grandchildren, Raiden Isaacs, Jesse Isaacs, and Odin Isaacs; siblings, Brandon Swarers (Melinda) and Bryan Daigle; mother of his children, Jenny Morgan (Dustin); lifelong friend, Amy Biggs; and other loving family and friends.
Serving as pallbearers will be Danny Swarers, Jordan Isaacs, Daniel Frazier, Mitch Hidalgo, Michael Bertrand, and John McCombs. Honorary pallbearers are Raiden Isaacs, Jesse Isaacs, and Kaleb Swarers.
He was a friend, a brother, a dad, a Pop Pop, and a son. Those who knew him, knew he would be there when you called. His love, kind heart, and many quick-witted jokes will be missed.
