Kristi Rai Eastin Williams, 56, of Orange, Texas, passed away on September 5, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas.

Memorial Gathering will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.

Kristi was born February 13, 1967, in Port Arthur, Texas at St. Mary Hospital as the second child of the late James Taylor Eastin and Diane Fletcher Eastin. She was a 1985 honor graduate of West Orange Stark High School. After high school, she attended Lamar Orange and graduated with a bachelor degree. Kristi also completed Correctional Officer training at Lamar Beaumont. She retired with 24 years of service from Orange County Jail as a Lieutenant. Kristi married Wesley L. Williams, Jr. in 1986. They were married for 19 years until Wesley’s death in January 2005. Kristi was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother, and grandmother and will be deeply missed.

Kristi is survived by her mother, Diana Eastin of Orange; sons, Wesley L. Williams, III, Dustin James Williams and wife Caitlin, and Shon Michael Williams, all of Orange; stepdaughters, Miranda Williams and Jennifer Williams Soto both of Houston; grandchildren, Dawsin James Williams of Buna, Jaycee and Kade Duplissey of Orange, also survived by her sister, Dena Eastin McMullin of Buna, along with her sons, Andrew McMullin and wife Jasmine of League City, Jacob McMullin and partner William Whiteman of Conroe, Lucas McMullin and fiancé Kayla Chandler of Dayton; brother, Gregory Eastin and wife Sherrie, along with twin daughters, Allysa and Demi all of Orange; as well as many other loving family and friends.
