I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Sue at the hospital in Orange. She gave me encouragement when I first started my career in nursing. Always a smiling face. Prayers to the family. May the good lord wrap his arms around you and comfort you in your time of sorrow. Sandi Mulhollan

Sheila, Charles, Tommy, and Michael, I am very sorry for your loss. Your mother was a precious woman and I will always remember her with that sweet smile on her face. I graduated from Little Cypress with both Tommy and Charles, but didn't know Sue until I had the pleasure of working with her at the hospital. Sue supervised many of the night shifts I worked and the staff was always happy to hear that she was on duty. As an ER nurse, I had many occasions to call on her for assistance. Whether it was getting some particular equipment/supplies that we needed or an extra pair of hands in a code, she was there for us. I honestly cannot remember her ever complaining about her work or seeing her with a frown on her face. When our work was demanding and exhausting, we could depend on her for support and guidance. Your mother touched many lives, not just the patients she cared for, but the doctors and nurses who worked along side her. She was a very patient, generous, and loving person and I know that she enriched the lives of many. I realize this is a very difficult time for all of you, but please know that her good work will not be forgotten by those of us blessed to have known her. Respectfully, Charlene (McManus) Paulk
