Laura M. Havens, 92, of Orange, passed away on October 9, 2014, at the Meadows of Orange.

Born in Ged, Louisiana, on February 10, 1922, she was the daughter of Alfred Allemond and Elaine (Chesson) Allemond. Laura was a very loving mother and will be missed dearly.

Laura is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Havens, Jr.

She is survived by, her children, Thomas S. Havens III and wife, Bettie of San Marcos, Texas; Gregory P. Havens and wife, Donna of Winnsboro, Louisiana, Terri A. Smith of Orange, Texas, and Marla L. Hunter and husband, Randy of Orange, Texas; seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
