Leonard "Len"William Hargrave Jr.

Leonard “Len” William Hargrave Jr., 63, of Bridge City, passed away on May 7, 2014, at his home.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00AM, Friday, May 9, 2014 at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City. Officiating will be Reverend Robert Hargrave.

Friends and family will gather an hour before the memorial at 10:00AM Friday.

Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on August 1, 1950, he was the son of Leonard William Hargrave Sr. and Clara (Weismen) Hargrave. He was the owner of Len’s Automotive in Bridge City where he was a mechanic. He also worked at Bridge City Middle School and Manns Video and Entertainment Center. Len enjoyed racing cars, and loved his family.

He was preceded in death by his sister Janet Shue and his parents.

He is survived by his son Robert and his wife Jamie Hargrave of Port Neches, his daughter Tammy and husband Rick Zahner of Troy, Missouri, his brothers; Richard “Dick” Hargrave, Robert Hargrave, and his grandchildren; Jordon, Brianna, Makenzi, and Cody.
