I was saddened to hear that Lin passed away. I've known Lin since elementary school. She was well known to all her classmates as a favorite and a beauty, yet very down-to-earth--she was very easy to like. Among my memories are the wonderful and exciting sleepovers at her house in our junior high days. In high school when we were old enough to drive, she was in my carpool, along with Sally Pledger and Ann Simmons. Although I hadn't seen or corresponded with her in years, I thought of her often. My condolences to Lin's family.
