L.J. LeBlanc, 77, of Bridge City, died, Tuesday, April 24, 2007, at The Meadows in Orange.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 27, 2007, at St. Henry Catholic Church in Bridge City. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange. Reverend Jim McClintock will be officiating.
Visitation will be Thursday, 5:00-8:00 p.m., with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m., officiating will be Deacon Hazen Kenney at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Bridge City.
Mr. LeBlanc was born September 25, 1929, in Hackberry, LA, to Duperville and Gladys Bergeron LeBlanc.
Mr. LeBlanc was a lifelong resident of Bridge City and carpenter with Local 2007. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, loved playing his guitar and singing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Margie Lancon.
He is survived by sisters, Mildred Higginbotham of Bridge City, Mary Ellen Knight of Granbury; and numerous nieces and nephews.
