Lotie Chatelain, Jr., 85, of Bridge City, died October 25, 2009 at Baptist Orange Hospital.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 27, 2009 at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Bridge City. Officiating will be Reverend Bobby Hoffpauir of Second Baptist Church of Bridge City. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
Lotie was born on October 16, 1924, in Marksville, Louisiana. He was the son of Lothier and Rose Gaspard Chatelain.
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Chatelain; daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ann and Bob Howard; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry Wayne and Phyllis Chatelain; grandchildren, Christopher Chatelain, David Thacker, Brian Chatelain, Brandie DeCresenzio, Shalian Mires; great-grandchildren, Derick Thacker, Daniel Mires, Christopher T. Chatelain.
Lotie was preceded in death by his parents, Lothier and Rose Chatelain; four brothers and four sisters.
