Louis "Bubba" Muccy, 75, went to meet his Savior and Lord Thursday at St. Mary's Hospital in Port Arthur. Louis was born in Jackson, Tennessee to Julian and Dorie Muccy.
Bubba worked in maintenance for West Orange School District for 30 years. He was a member of Pinehurst United Pentecostal Church. Bubba loved people, children, and working in the yard at the Heritage Center where he resided for 20 years. Bubba loved his Lord Jesus and reading his Bible.
Those left to cherish his memories are his sisters, Louise Winn of Orange, Marion Burris of Arlington, and Helen Zelenuk of Arlington; his very special niece and her husband Penny and Keith Moon who were his special care givers; and many more nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, August 17, 2009, at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Beaumont.
Visitation will be from 5:00-9:00 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
