Margaret Ann Randall was born in Beaumont, TX on October 19, 1931 to Thelma and Curtis Shelton and passed away in her home on May 29, 2010. She was a graduate of Beaumont High School and Lamar State University. She worked for the state in AFDC and day care licensing. She was a devoted wife and mother who will be missed.
She enjoyed traveling, her fellowship at Trinity United Methodist Church with the Hamaco Sunday School Class, attending theater productions, participating in club events for the International Club, Red Hat Society, Book Club and Melody Maids. She also enjoyed spending time with her treasured friends and family. She was a kind, loving person who will be missed by many.
She is survived by her son William Michael Randall, daughter Sharon Ann Howard, granddaughter Julia Marie Howard, and cousins Bettie Sue Powell and Lamar Corbet. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Bill of 53 years and her grandson Alan Randall Howard.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, June 3rd from 5pm-7pm at Claybar Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 4th at 2pm at Trinity United Methodist Church with Rev. Vicky Peters officiating with internment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery.
