Margaret “Bo” Credeur, 79, of Orange, Texas, passed away on January 26, 2018, in Beaumont, Texas.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Monday, January 29, 2018, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Jay Thomas of MacArthur Heights Baptist Church. Burial will follow at The Cemetery in Mauriceville.
Visitation will be at noon, Monday, January 29, 2018 at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Orange, Texas, on January 17, 1939, she was the daughter of Leslie Chapman and Cora Alice Chapman. Margaret was an excellent cook, and enjoyed every second of it. She was a mother to everyone she encountered, taking them in with her nurturing spirit. Margaret had a very big heart and was loved by everyone who knew her. She loved taking care of her family, which was the most important thing to her. She will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Cora Chapman; sister, Joyce Wood; and brothers, Freddie Chapman and Richard Chapman.
She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert Credeur; son, Mike Credeur and wife Betty; grandson, Robert Credeur; great-grandchildren, Kamden and Payton Credeur; sisters, Kathy Welch and Linda Patronella; brothers, Thomas Chapman, Johnny Chapman and Wayne Chapman; along with numerous loving nieces and nephews and other family.
Serving as pallbearers will be Robert Credeur, Marshall Tully, Preston Turner, Hunter Duhon, David Freeman and Dave Freeman, Jr.
