Born in Huxley, Texas, on September 21, she was the daughter of Jimmie Aaron Oswalt and Agnes Joy Oswalt (Davis). Margie lived a long, full, and happy life. The entirety of that life was full of love. She loved her family more than anything. Margie also loved to travel and dance with her husband, Johnny, and watch sporting events; from the Astros and the Cowboys to her grandchildren games, where she and Johnny could always be found in the stands with stadium seats and a blanket. Their home was always a hub for their family, and she was the foundation. Margie was a constant source of love, support, and guidance for her children and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a wonderful wife, sister, mother, and mawmaw, and she will be deeply missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Jimmie and Joy Oswalt; husband, Johnny Cutaia; daughter, Andi and husband Kurt Rodrigue; brothers, Bobby Oswalt and wife Annette, JH Oswalt and wife Pat, and Jimmie Oswalt.

She is survived by her children, Ronnie Peveto, Patti Martin and husband Tommy, Johnna Blount and partner Joey Woods, Steve Cutaia and wife Sylvia, Janis Cutaia, and John Cutaia; grandchildren, Dana Robinson and husband Matt, Scott Peveto and wife Erika, Shane Peveto and wife Katie, Maci Wilmore and husband Sam, Slayde Martin and wife Alicia, Terra Cutaia, Taylor Blount, Paige Scharchburg and husband Noah, Stetson Woods and wife Skylar, Dalton Peveto, Blaine Peveto, Katelynn Woods, and Travis Woods; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Martha Rogers and husband Jim, Patsy McDonald and husband Mike; and numerous other loving family and friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Slayde Martin, Scott Peveto, Shane Peveto, Dalton Peveto, Hunter Robinson, and Noah Scharchburg. Honorary pallbearers are Stetson Woods, Travis Woods, and Blaine Peveto.

A special thank you to the wonderful Gentiva Hospice staff for all their special care and attention when taking care of our beloved mom and mawmaw.
