Marshall Peveto, 76, of Mauriceville, Texas, passed away on August 7, 2015, at his home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00a.m., Monday, August 10, 2015 at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be John Fortenberry of Calvary Baptist Church in Deweyville, Texas. Burial will follow at Wilkinson Cemetery in Orange.
Visitation will be from 5:00p.m. - 7:00p.m., Sunday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Orange, Texas, on November 16, 1938, he was the son of Herbert Thomas Peveto and Ruby Areta (Stark) Peveto. Marshall was a lifetime member of Pipefitters Local # 195.
He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Reta Peveto; and sister, Frankie Cole.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Barbara Nell (Hendrix) Peveto; children, Carolyn O’Quin, Cathy Beecher, Carl Cherry, Herbie Peveto, Robbie Peveto, David Cherry, Tommy Peveto, and Denise Carpenter; lots of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and even great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Edward Peveto.
Serving as pallbearers will be Troy Rodriquez, Brian Burrows, Jeremy Langley, Ben Carpenter, Timmy Crumpler, and Andrew Hunt.
