Martha Jo Seago passed away November 15, 2013, at the Orange Villa Nursing Home. She was a beloved mother and grandmother and friend to everyone who knew her.
Her love of Little Cypress Baptist Church was well known in the community as she kept it clean for God and the congregation for over 15 years, and she served as a nursery worker for many years before that. Her love of people and her family will live forever in our hearts.
She is preceded in death by her husband, R.C. Seago.
She is survived by her daughter, Rose Mary Broomes of Orange; sons, William Seago and wife Sherry of Orange, Ted Seago and wife, Johnnie of Willis; grandchildren, Coy Broomes, Jodi Purgahn, Shaun Seago, Angela Seago, Ashley Garrison, Shon Garrison, Rachelle Davis, John Seago, Teddy Seago, Terah Seago, Nikki Pope, Scott Seago; and 15 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers will be Coy Broomes, Matt Purgahn, Shaun Seago, John Seago, Shon Garrison, and Matt Lambert.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, November 19, 2013, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange, followed by the service at 12:00 p.m. Officiating will be Reverend David Turner of Little Cypress Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange.

I was so sorry to read that Ms. Seago has passed away in death. Please accept my family's condolences. May your hearts find peace and comfort from the Bible's promise at John chapter 5 verses 28 and 29 and Psalms chapter 37 verse 29 which says that soon God is going to resurrect back to life on earth our loved ones who have died so that we can be reunited with them.

Your mother was such an awesome, loving, caring, giving and special young lady and friend. I loved her so much. She held a special place in my prayers, thoughts, heart and life. Just know you have a very special angel watching over you. Lean on GOD for comfort and strength. My prayers are with everyone. Love always
