Martin "Marty" Garza, 29, of Mauriceville, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012.
Graveside Service will be 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 26, 2012, at Del Rose Cemetery in Vidor.
Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Orange on September 15, 1983, Marty was the son of Tommy and Debra Martin Garza. Marty's son, Erik was his life. Even though Erik was 6 years old, they would often have philosophical debates and explore astronomy. He was a member of First Baptist Church Mauriceville and enjoyed listening to rock and classical music. Marty was loved by all who knew him and will be missed dearly.
Marty is survived by his beloved son, Erik Kameron Garza; parents, Tommy and Debra Garza; brother, John Garza; sister, Andrea Garza; nephew, Jacob Bland all from Mauriceville; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
