Scott was a great friend and fellow co-worker. Great sense of humor and always listened to me air out stuff. We worked together @ Crete, but remained buds until his death 5 yrs after I left the company. I'd meet with him in Beaumont when I was passing through. Wed go out and eat @Pappadeau's, and that would just be the start of a cool evening. When he'd be I Oolagah, Ok, I'd take him to Sonic. Doesn't seem fair, but pickings are slim in Oolagah. He'd just laugh and call it even. The cool thing was getting together just to talk and kid each other about life, serious or not. He called me 1st thing when his wife passed away recently. I kept him on the phone till he got to where he was going just talking about stuff. Shared some tears that day. I'll love Scotty till the day I see him again. Then, we'll just sit & talk, joke, talk about the weather like the 'ol days.
