Mary Elizabeth Bolner passed into the loving arms of Jesus Christ on Saturday, April 10, 2021 surrounded by her adoring family at home.
A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 17, 2021, at Silver Oaks Baptist Church in Orange. Officiating will be Pastor Ed Rawls.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m., prior to the service, at Silver Oaks Baptist Church in Orange.
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana, on August 10, 1949, Mary was the daughter of Cornelius Joseph Coig and Ruby Lee (Willis) Coig. Mary was married to the love of her life, Kelly for 52 years. Together they raised four children, Jeff, Beth, Amy and Emily. They have six grandchildren and are expecting their first great-grandbaby. Mary loved her family greatly and without abandon. Mary was a dedicated NICU nurse for over 20 years and loved the babies she cared for. In her time on earth, she made numerous meaningful and lasting friendships. Mary and Kelly enjoyed going to church, traveling, but most of all, making memories with their family.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Cornelius and Ruby Coig.
Mary is survived by her loving husband, Kelly Bolner; children, Jeffery “Jeff” Michael Bolner and wife Julie of Deer Park, Kelly “Beth” Elizabeth Swanson of Orange, Amy Lynn Northcutt and husband Scott of Spring, and Emily Elizabeth Bolner of Sugarland; grandchildren, Madison Bolner of Deer Park, Todd Swanson and wife Holly of Deer Park, Alexander Swanson of Orange, Kaitlyn Patronella and husband Michael of Orange, Austin McDonald of Liberty, Maverick Northcutt of Spring, Colt Northcutt of Spring; one great-grandbaby on the way; step-great-grandkids, Matthew Swanson, Sage Swanson, Avery Swanson, and Skyler Swanson, all of Deer Park; and siblings, Diane Bivona and husband Frank of Mandeville, Louisiana and Neil Coig of Mandeville, Louisiana.
