Mary Ann Broussard

Mary Ann Broussard (nee, Bailey) was born 10/17/1937, to Manning and Trudie Bailey in Groveton, TX. She passed from this life on Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at the age of 84. She was the youngest of nine children, all who predeceased her. Mary was always the life of the party wherever she was. She had a quick wit and never was caught off guard without a comeback. She worked in various occupations but most of her working life she spent as a bank teller. Most of all, Mary loved the Lord Jesus Christ and was ready to give a testimony to that fact to anyone she encountered.

Mary is also predeceased by husband AJ Broussard. Mary is survived by her three sons: Mike Rhame (Kelli) of Nederland, TX, Terry Rhame (Julie) of Tyler, TX, David Rhame of Vidor, TX, and stepchildren David Broussard (Frances) of Fort Worth, and Christy Gavlick of Houston. She is also survived by grandchildren Allyson Jaubert, Elijah Rhame, Michael Ross Rhame/Jones (Rosie), Matthew Rhame, Megan Keys, AJ Broussard, Jonathan Gavlick, Nicholas Gavlick, and Emily Gavlick. She is survived by great grandchildren Brooks Underwood; Emily, Jack, and Molly Keys; Ethan and Izzy Jones.

Private graveside services were held on May 5th at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
