Nora Eloise Tootie Lindstrom

Nora Eloise "Tootie" Lindstrom, 84, of Bridge City died Friday, August 7, 2009 in Austin.
Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 11, 2009 at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City. Officiating will be Reverend Steve Leger of St. Henry Catholic Church.
Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be from 5:30-8:00 p.m., Monday at the funeral home with a rosary to be recited at 6:30 p.m.
Nora was born on June 29, 1925 in Kountze, TX. She was the daughter of Edgar and Thelma Cunningham Sheffield. Nora worked as a secretary most of her life.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Alton J. "Sonny" Lindstrom; and parents, Edgar and Thelma Sheffield.
Those left to cherish her memory are her sons and daughters-in-law, Alton and Frances Lindstrom of Bridge City and Dr. James and Mary Ellen Lindstrom of Buda; daughter and son-in-law, Paula and James Reuben Peavy of High Island; 13 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
