Norma Joy Brack Been

Norma Joy Brack Been, 94, of Singer, Louisiana, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2020, at her home.
Born in Leesville, Louisiana, she was the daughter of the late Henry Pink and Mary Barber. Joy was a faithful saint of God and a devoted and loving mother who gave all she could to her family and those around her. She was filled with kindness and always had an encouraging word. Joys hobbies included reading, working in her flower beds, observing the redbirds, and playing wahoo with her grandchildren. She was Mother to some, Maw-Maw to others, but Joy to all.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Pink; her husband, Luther McVale Brack; and husband, Zerold Been; children, William Isaiah Brack and John Delbert Brack; and great grandson, Dustin Brack.
She is survived by her children, Luther Daniel “Danny” Brack and wife Sherry of Orange, Texas, Norma Bolton and husband JW of Singer, Louisiana, Audrey Walton of Gurdon, Arkansas, and Paul David Brack and wife Cindy of Beaumont, Texas; fifteen grandchildren; thirty three great grandchildren; and twenty eight great great grandchildren.
A private family service has been entrusted to Claybar Funeral Home with interment at Orange Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Orange, Texas.
