Othal Ray Price, 78, of Orange, Texas, died Friday, July 20, 2007, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Orange.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, July 25, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 26, at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Texarkana, Texas. Officiating will be the Reverend Bob Neely, Associate Pastor of First Baptist Church in Euless, Texas.
Born in Ambrose, Texas on February 26, 1929, Mr. Price was the son of Othal Webster and Geneva Gilliam Price.
A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he received an honorable discharge in 1956. He has lived in Orange since 1963 and was a teacher with both the West Orange-Cove and Little Cypress-Mauriceville School Districts.
Mr. Price was the owner of Ray Price Realty. He
was a member and past president of the Orange Board of Realtors and attended First Baptist Church in Orange.
Preceded in death by his parents, he is survived by his wife, Jo Ann Price of Orange; son and daughter-in-law, Eddie and Kay Price; grandchildren, Natalie, Christopher, Elizabeth, Logan, Marshall and Victoria Price, all of Euless; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Roger Frederick of Richardson.
