Ouida Olene Goodman

Ouida Olene Goodman, 86, long time resident of Beaumont passed away Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Christus Hospital-St. Elizabeth.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at Claybar Kelley Watkins Chapel in Beaumont. Officiating will be Pastor Carla Shield of Forest Park United Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be on Tuesday at the funeral home from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Mrs. Goodman was born on February 22, 1922 in Lufkin to Ben F. and Olar E. Beard Jones. She was a member of the Forest Park United Methodist Church and was a homemaker.
Those surviving her is her loving husband of 39 years, Charles Goodman of Beaumont; daughter, Betty Neumonn of Bullard; son, Val Ray Foster and wife Judy of Tomball; foster daughter, Mary Lou Sabo of Tomball; step sons, Steve Goodman of Bastrop and Ronnie Goodman of Beaumont; 5 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
Those serving as pallbearers will be Jeff Palamara, Matthew Neumonn, Michael Neumonn, Steve Goodman, Val Ray Foster and Val Ray Foster, Jr.
