Born in Sasebo, Japan, on October 26, 1954, she was the daughter of James Lee Hennigan and Chiyoko Nakano Hennigan. Patty was a treasured member of her community and the heart of her family. Patty’s professional life was marked by integrity and dedication as she served as an admin assistant at Cheniere. Her commitment to her work mirrored her commitment to those she loved—a testament to her caring nature and nurturing spirit. Known affectionately as ”Nana” to her nieces and nephews, and “Mimi” to her beloved grandchildren, Patty embraced her role as a caregiver and mother figure with grace and warmth even too many outside her and Bobo’s family. She had an extraordinary ability to make everyone feel welcome, never knowing a stranger, and always ready to lend a listening ear or a helping hand. Her passions extended beyond her family, as she poured her love into cooking, delighting in bringing people together around a table filled with her favorite dishes. Patty also found joy in scrapbook creations, capturing memories and moments shared with family and friends. In her leisure time, she enjoyed visits to the casino, where she relished the excitement and camaraderie of the experience. Patty’s friendly and outgoing personality touched the lives of many, leaving indelible marks of kindness and understanding. Her sweet tooth, reflective of her gentle nature, was a reminder of the joy and sweetness she brought into the lives of those around her. Patty knew Jesus Christ and was diligent in studying her dearest possession, her bible (And then preaching it to Dale). She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is preceded in death by her husband, the love of her life, Clifton Lee “Bobo” Morris; her parents, James and Chiyoko Hennigan; her sisters, Tammy Hennigan and Ann Hennigan; and her brother, Jimmy Blake.
She is survived by her sons, Donald Wayne Morris and wife, Christina, and Ronnie Dale Morris; her grandchildren, Sydney Morris and Luke Morris; her brothers, Mike Hennigan and wife, Caroline, and Tony Hennigan and wife, Maggie; her sisters, Janice Hollingsworth and husband, Donnie, Margie Falgout and husband, Tony, and Carolyn Hennigan; and numerous other loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
