Pierre ?PeeWee? Duhon, 92, lifelong resident of Orange passed away Tuesday November 13, 2007 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday November 15, 2007 at Cove Baptist Church in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Jeff Bell of the church.
Entombment will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
A gathering of family and friends will be Wednesday beginning at 5:00 p.m. at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Mr. Duhon was born February 9, 1915 in Lockport, LA to Tillman and Susie Berry Duhon. He was a welder for Levingston Shipbuilding and also taught welding school.
He was a member of Cove Baptist Church. He loved his Lord, Church and grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Cora Duhon; his son, Clayton B. Duhon, Sr., great grandson, Heath Alan Duhon and his brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his grandsons and their wives, Ronald and Rhonda Duhon and Clayton and Denise Duhon, Jr. and great grandchildren and their spouses, Clayton Bryan and Jeana Duhon, Raylon Kyle Duhon, Brant Duhon, Cissy and Jeremy Farewell and Misty Duhon.
Also surviving are his great-great grandchildren, Alyssa Duhon, Baylee Beth Duhon, Nealee Denise Duhon, Clayton Alan Farewell and Clayton Brody Duhon and his daughter-in-law, Ruby Duhon Bonner and her husband Milton.
