Ramona Harwood Wall
Ramona Harwood Wall, 85, of Orange, passed away on April 27, 2017.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, May 1, 2017, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Reverend Barry Bradley of First Baptist Church in Orange. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens in Orange.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m., Monday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Albemarle, North Carolina, on October 22, 1931, she was the daughter of Jacobs Brent Harwood and Virginia Marie (Russell) Harwood. Ramona was a veteran of the United States Army and a member of the First Baptist Church of Orange. She was a homemaker and loving mother and grandmother, who enjoyed birdwatching. Ramona will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Mel Wall; and her son, Melvin Wall.
She is survived by her children, Steven Wall and Doris Brown; her grandson, David Brown and his wife, Elisabeth; and her great-granddaughter, Caitlin Brown.

Mrs Wall will be truly missed! Grew up down the road from her and family. She was always so nice. I will never forget her, eggs in a hole, (might not have the name right but she would brown the bread, cut out the center and Fry an egg in it) it was the best. She will be missed, God bless and be with the family during these times. Steve just want you to know Me and Jo will ALWAYS BE HERE FOR YOU!!:pray::pray:
