Born in Beaumont, Texas, on December 4, 1957, he was the son of Donald Lewis Feagin and Ingeborg “Inge” Ursula Haas Feagin. Randy was a member of the United States Navy and was stationed in San Diego, CA. He worked as a member of Millwright Union Local #2484.

Randy (aka “Rando”) was an avid lover of cooking and grilling and hosting parties at his home on the Sabine River. He enjoyed boating and constructed his prized houseboat “7-12’s” from the pontoons up. In his youth, he raced Suzuki motorcycles. Most would call him “Mr. Lucky” as he would always “win big” at the casino.

Randy was an expert craftsman and skilled carpenter who loved working with Cypress wood he pulled from the Sabine River and creating custom stained glass. He enjoyed playing with his beloved dog, Bandit.

Randy lived his life by the lesson of “Givers and Takers” and often challenged his family and friends to be “Givers”. Most of all he was a loving husband, stepfather, brother, brother in law, uncle, great-uncle and friend who will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Feagin; step-daughters, Amanda Walker of Vista, CA and Sara Mier and husband Danny, of Vista, CA; brother, Michael Feagin, of Orange, and sister, Ingeborg Feagin, of Houston; sister-in-law, Elizabeth Crawley of Bush, LA; nieces, Lindsay Robins, of Katy and Krista Goetz and husband Austin, of Orange; nephew, Stephen Crawley of Bush, LA; great-niece, Emerson Robins and great-nephew, Kolton Goetz; uncles, Gerhardt Haas and wife Annemarie, of Berlin, Germany, Helmut Haas and wife Theresia, of Stockhausen, Germany, and Reinhardt Haas, of Trier, Germany; and numerous beloved friends.
