Randy L. “The Bullrider” Feverjean, 60, of Beaumont, Texas, passed away on October 30, 2017, in Beaumont.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 3, 2017, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City, Texas. Officiating will be Reverend Billy Manning. A private family graveside service will be held following the service.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, at Claybar Funeral Home in Bridge City.
Born in Port Arthur, Texas, on March 19, 1957, he was the son of Lovelace Feverjean and Vivian (Leblanc) Feverjean. Randy was a football legend at Bridge City High School where he graduated in 1976. After graduation he continued to play football for the McNeese University Cowboys. He had a larger than life personality and his pride and joy was his family. He enjoyed spending time being at the lake, watching old westerns, hunting, fishing, being in the Hill Country, and most of all, telling tall tales. Anyone who knew Randy loved him and knew that he dearly loved his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his loving wife, Marilyn Feverjean; children, Ashley Manning and husband Billy, of Mauriceville, Lindsey McGee and husband Terry, of Orangefield, and Stacey Harley and husband John, of Beaumont; grandchildren, Harley Manning, Cody Manning, Liam Manning, Feebie McGee, and Zoey McGee; and his siblings, Manson Feverjean and wife Nelda, Connie Smith and husband Kenneth, and Melinda Feverjean.
Serving as pallbearers will be Kenneth Smith, Manson Feverjean, Terry McGee, John Harley, James Trahan, Neil Jenkins, and Jess Walker.
