Reba Jo Hancock, 72, of Deweyville, died Thursday, April 22, 2010, in San Augustine.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 26th, at the First Baptist Church in Deweyville, with the Reverend Damon Bickham, pastor, officiating.
Graveside services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Monday at Ebenezer Cemetery in Jasper, under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service on Monday.
For those unable to attend the funeral service, Reba will lie in state at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Sunday, April 25th.
Born in Port Arthur on January 15, 1938, Reba was the daughter of Rebecca Ann Biscamp and Joe Bailey Hancock.
She worked as an insurance clerk at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont and was a member of First Baptist Church in Deweyville.
Preceded in death by her parents, Reba is survived by numerous cousins.
Serving as pallbearers will be Ronnie Bryan, Dean Hancock, Gene Hancock, Milford Ratcliff, Travis Primrose, Harmilton Hudspeth, Mallie Bickham, Ronnie Bickham and Keith Nelms.
