Robert “Bobby” Eubanks, Sr., 89, of Deweyville, passed away on Saturday, April 19, 2014.
A memorial service will be 11:00 a.m., Saturday, April 26, 2014 at First Baptist Church in Deweyville with Reverend Damon Bickham officiating.
Bobby was born in Bay Minette, Alabama, on September 25, 1924, the son of Willie Vaughn Eubanks and Hattie (White) Eubanks. Bobby was a hunter of hogs, an avid horseman and a lover of animals especially dogs. He loved people and always checked on the sick and disabled, and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He touched so many lives.
He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Brenda Eubanks, and sisters, Helen Russell and Monzee Dees.
He is survived by his wife, Tommie Jo Eubanks of Deweyville; sons, Robert Eubanks, Jr and wife Sissy of Deweyville, Paul Eubanks of Orange, Joe Eubanks and wife Marian of Mobile, Alabama; step-son, Ty Greer and wife Becky of Orange; step-daughter, Lois Greer and husband Terry of Las Vegas, Nevada; brother, Billy Ray Eubanks of Bay Minette, Alabama; 13 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
