Robert “Bobby” Allen Willingham, 57, of Bridge City, Texas, passed away on August 14, 2020, in Orange, Texas.
Born in Beeville, Texas, on July 31, 1963, he was the son of Grady Carlton Willingham and Mary Jo (Baugh) Lamb. Bobby proudly served his country in the United States Army. He worked for many years as a metal mechanic insulator. Bobby loved to cook and grill, and he was excellent at it. He also enjoyed watching NASCAR and cheering on the Houston Texans. Bobby was a loving, husband, father and grandfather and his family meant the world to him. He always found great joy in spending time with his wife, Desiree, and the kids. Bobby will be missed by all who knew and loved him
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Kara Willingham; his father, Grady Carlton Willingham; his brother, Darren Willingham; his stepfather, Rodney Lamb; and his mother-in-law, Kathy Marie Duckworth.
He is survived by his loving wife, Desiree Willingham of Bridge City; his son, Keith Allen Willingham of Bridge City; his son/grandson, Keegan Stewart Willingham of Bridge City; his daughter/granddaughter, Kathy Marie Willingham of Bridge City; his mother, Mary Jo Lamb of Beaumont; his parents-in-law, Stewart and Amy Duckworth of Bridge City; his stepmother, Elizabeth Willingham of Orange; his brothers, Carlton Bruce Willingham of Orange and Brian Keith Willingham of Vidor; his brother-in-law, Ricky Duckworth and wife Rickol of Fredericksburg.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Cremation is under the direction of Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
