Robert Wynn Granger

Robert Wynn Granger of Orangefield died October 19, 2008 at Christus St.Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. Services will be held Thursday, October 23, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. at St Helen's Catholic Church in Orangefield with the Rev. George Kidangen, CMI, officiating. Visitation will also be at the church on Wednesday, October 22, 2008, at 5:30 p.m. There will be a Rosary and a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Mr. Granger was born on November 28, 1935, in Orangefield, TX, to Tresmond R. Granger and Maggie Ann Regan Granger .He was a very active in
St. Helen's Catholic and was a member for over 70 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Joseph Wade Grange; his sister, Irma Jean Bell and also half brothers and sisters. He is survived by his brother, Thomas R. "Tick" Granger and Sarah of Orangefield; his sister-in-law, Margie McMullen of Lufkin; his sister-in-law, Charlene Granger Stark of Buna, : and his brother-in-law, Oda Bell of Orangefield as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be James Cormier, Murphy Cormier, Brent Granger, Lucas Granger, Tommy Granger and Stephen Granger.
To honor Robert's wishes, the family requests those wanting to make donations or Mass intentions may do so to the New Church Fund at St. Helen's Catholic Church, 8015 FM 1442, Orange, TX, 77630.
