Roger Dale Landry, Sr. 61, of Orange, died April 10, 2007, at his residence.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 13, 2007, St. Mary?s Catholic Church. Reverend Joseph P. Daleo and Deacon Willie Posey will be officiating. Entombment will follow at St. Mary?s Catholic Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00-10:00 p.m. on Thursday with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. at the Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Deacon Willie Posey will be officiating.
Mr. Landry was born November 11, 1945, in Orange to Louis and Viola Boudreaux Landry.
Mr. Landry was a lifelong resident of Orange and a member of St. Mary?s Catholic Church. He was a retired journeyman for Local 502.
Mr. Landry was preceded in death by his parents, Louis and Viola Landry, three sisters and
eight brothers.
He is survived by his wife, Eamlie Landry, sons, Allen Landry of Oceloa, AR, Bryan Landry and wife Monica of Garland, Roger Landry, II, Faron Landry and wife Jennifer and honorary son, Kenneth Mouton all of Orange. Surviving him also are thirteen grandchildren; brothers, John D. Landry and wife Judy of Pt. Neches, Robert Landry and wife Faye of Oklahoma City, OK, Bobby Mouton and wife Lillian, Thomas Posey and wife Linda of Orange and Willie Posey and wife Betty of Port Arthur.
Serving as pallbearers will be Louis Moore, Sam Moore, Mike Moore, Jody Moore, Clint Landry, Ray Posey, Danny Daniels and Robert Wallace. Honorary pallbearers will be Randy Posey, Earl Kaspar and Brandon Landry.
