Ronna Ann Welsh Dickman, 71, of Orange, passed away at her home in Orange.
Funeral services will be 9:00 a. m., Saturday, October 23, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange. Officiating will be Malcolm Monroe. Burial will follow at Autumn Oak Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 5:00 p. m. to 7:00 p. m., Friday, October 22, at Claybar Funeral Home in Orange.
Born in Orange, on October 28, 1949, she was the daughter of Harold Welsh, Sr. and Olga Welsh. Ronna was queen of all trades, from enjoying her husband’s outdoor grilling to making custom jewlery, she could and would do it all. She loved dressing up as “The Witch” for the Haunted House for Optimist Club and putting a smile on people’s face. When Ronna wasn’t travelling or tending to her Koi pond, she enjoyed the simple things like drinking a cup of coffee in her backyard. She will be deeply missed by those that knew her.
Ronna was preceded in death by her loving husband, Phil Dickman; parents, Harold and Olga Welsh; and brother, Harold Welsh, Jr.
She is survived by her children, daughter, Shonna Hunt and husband Gene of Humble, Texas and son, Nathan Dickman of Orange, Texas; grandchildren, Phillip Hunt, Christopher Hunt, Alaina Hunt and wife Shauna, and Avery Hunt.
Serving as pallbearers will be Nathan Dickman, Gene Hunt, Nate Hunt, Jordan Read, Phil Smith, and Daric Rogers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lions Club or Optimist Club.
