Rosalea Sherrill Croaker, 81, of Orange, died, Thursday, April 3, 2008, at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Orange.
Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, the 7th at Claybar Funeral Home Chapel in Orange. Reverend Kevin Trinkle will officiate. Interment will follow at Orange Forest Lawn Cemetery in West Orange.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday at the funeral home.
Rosalea was born October 25, 1926, in Orangefield to Joseph L. and Alice Blanche Crain Peveto.
She was owner of the Capistrano Restaurant in the late 60's and 70's.
She is survived by her children, Jackie Haley and wife Janet of San Antonio, Jimmie Haley and wife Beverly of Vidor, Roslyn Haley of Orange, Joseph Haley of Beaumont and Renee Smith and husband Lynn of Orange;grandchildren, Shauna Haley, J.J. Haley, Kali Gentry, Brandy Haley, Robert Steigleder, Crystal Smith and Lindsey Haley; nineteen grandchildren and sister Maidell Scales.
